Processing/Shipping/Delivery times for your order

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item is placed in the hands of the shipping company. Every effort is made to ship merchandise no later than the next business day after your order is placed (business days are Mon - Fri). However, in very rare instances, orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship. Every effort is made to ship FedEx Priority (2-Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight) orders placed on business days before 5pm (Central Time) the same business day (but is not guaranteed). FedEx Priority orders received after 5pm (Central Time) Mon - Fri will not be shipped until the following business day. FedEx Priority orders received on Saturday will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping time is from when the item is in the possession of the shipping company to when it arrives at your door. Shipping times vary by shipping method and are not guaranteed. Delays in USPS or FedEx shipping estimated delivery dates are out of our control and refunds will not be given for packages that do not arrive by the USPS or FedEx provided estimated shipping date.

USPS shipping estimates are NOT guaranteed. US Postal Service Priority Mail (1-3 business days) and US Postal Service Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) are non-guaranteed services. The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail or Ground Advantage fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date. If you require a time sensitive shipping service, FedEx is your better option.

FedEx Saturday delivery: FedEx requires an additional charge for Saturday delivery. If you require delivery on a Saturday, please send me a message via the contact form located here as soon as possible after you place your order and let me know you need Saturday delivery. I will send you an invoice for the additional shipping charges and add Saturday delivery to your order. Saturday delivery usually runs about double the price you will see for "FedEx Priority Overnight" when you place your order. To help alleviate any confusion: FedEx 2-Day, Standard and Priority Overnight shipping prices shown when you place an order do not include Saturday delivery. If you place a FedEx 2-Day order on a Thursday or a Standard/Overnight Priority order on a Friday, your order will not be delivered until Monday unless you contact me as soon as possible after placing your order and paying the additional costs for FedEx Saturday delivery as stated above. Refunds for shipping costs will not be offered for those that do not adhere to this policy.

International Buyers

Shipments outside of the Continental United States:

International shipping times vary depending on what country you are shipping to, however, FedEx shipping normally takes 2-7 business days to reach the destination. However very rare, deliveries can take up to 10 business days due to inbound customs clearance so please allow up to two weeks for your package to arrive.

You will be provided a tracking number when your package is shipped and it is your responsibility to track the package because different countries handle the customs process differently. If it has been more than two weeks and you still haven't received your package, chances are, it is being held at your local post office awaiting Duty/VAT charges. We will not refund your purchase because your shipment is held in customs awaiting Duty/VAT charge.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and any other charges imposed by countries outside of the United States are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Clusterheadaches.com has no control over these charges and they are the buyer's responsibility. We will NOT issue refunds for packages that are returned because the customer did not claim the package or pay Duty/VAT charges imposed by the incoming country.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. For hygienic reasons, sales on ClusterO2 Kits are final and Kits can not be returned. If your items are faulty/broken on delivery to you and we are notified within seven (7) days of the customers receipt of the product, we will make arrangements to replace the faulty/broken pieces. If you are not satisified with any other Clusterheadaches.com non-medical products, they can be returned within seven (7) days at your expense. Once we receive the products and and the products are in good condition, a refund for your product purchase price (minus shipping charges) will be issued. All returns/refunds are handled on a case by case basis by using the contact information on your shipping reciept.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
