crackup LMAO at this string.

Asking New Yorkers "Is anyone close by?"

Hell, if you're in the state of New York you're close to everyone in New York. How wide is that state? Maybe 20 miles border to border?

Come out west and ask "Are you close?" The answer will be "I'm only 8 hours away. I'll stop by and see ya".

Ever try to drive across Texas? After 12 hours of windshield time at 80mph you've traveled about half way across the state. And they say that's close by.

 Cool

Only about 400 miles for me to the City from the wilds of Chautauqua County in Southwestern NY. At least 10 hours...a snap on I 86.   Shocked

Last time I was there was 1973.....damn it.

Ohh Bobbbb... Grin  I prefer not to "do" a 3 hour drive MAX on my own... after that I'd like a driver to do the rest thank you very much......while I relax and view the scenery.

Screw that where's the airport?  Last year, 1 hour flight to Watertown... Grin... 12 hours to actually get there.  STILL beat driving.
