Yeah, absolutely. While i am taking a nap, and especially when i go to bed that night, it is always a bad nite. I dont take naps anymore, cause i am too tired of getting cornholed all the time. It used to be my daily schedule cause i worked early in the morning, and also late at night. So i would take a nap every day at about noon for a couple hours.
After I realized that naps trigger multiple CHs, i dont take naps anymore, even on days that i have gotten 3 hours sleep and up with CHs all night long.
Its a vicious cycle. I used to take a nap BECAUSE i couldnt sleep all night, so then i would get more clusters, so then i would take a nap, and i would get more clusters....... it was a bad cycle.
No naps for me anymore
