Just like with CH....the majority of us all here know exactly the grief, anger and pain you're in and we all empathize with you.
Find a constructive and safe way to let out the anger and that will help with the pain too. I went to an indoor shooting range and got totally caught up in it. The noise, the concentration, all of it. I felt a whole lot better when I was done.
