I contacted them to inquire about the validity of their product regarding relief for clusterheadaches. Here's the response I received.
Hey Jeff,
The unfortunate part of our business is that we understand that we will not be able to help every person who suffers from a cluster headache. We can however come to work without shame knowing there there is a high pecentage of people who we can help. We know this because they write in and thank us for saving their lives almost daily. That is why we we don't let folks like you get us down with negative, slanderous and unnecessarily rude emails like the one you have so eloquently provided. I'm willing to bet you haven't even tried the product. If you purchased our product and found it to be "crap", you would be asking for a refund instead of bitching at me. If you are a cluster headache sufferer and you haven't tried it, well, shame on you for not exploring the possibility. Either way it doesn't shed a very bright light on your intelligence--good luck with that.

I hear Flonase is a damn good cluster headache treatment too.

After reading this thread and becoming appropriately pissed off I went to Sinus Busters site via Google cache and then sent them this note:
