Clusters and Triggers

I was wondering if anyone has any triggers during their cycles.  My cycles don't start from triggers, but when they are on-going flashing light and chocolate will start CH's that will last forever and barely respond to Imitrex, Zomig, Oxygen, hot, cold, anything!  Anyone else have this happen to them?  Thanx for your responses!   Tom Shocked

We all have our own triggers. For many but not all it's alcohol.
It may be MSG or smells, or other stuff. Check the archives, use the search button.

I am in shadow period now, and one whopping big shadow, nearly a proper attack, was triggered by my smelling a lavender room freshener.
Other times, tweezering my eyebrows or having my hair done (nearly) set off an attack.

Nothing in particular triggers my cycles ('cept my internal rhythms I guess)  But while I have them, alcohol is number one trigger.  I also found out in the store one day that the smell of moth balls will trigger a whopper.
