My headaches since 1987 + how shrooms helped

Episodic 16 years. Episodes 1 month in every 6-7. Headaches reach peak in week 3, tapering off during week 4. Headaches both day and night, although most during waking hours. Typical duration 30-60mins. Typically 6 HAs every 24 hours. At peak duration would climb up as much as 3 hours each HA. Worst day would consist of 6x3hour #10s back to back with migraine running in background just in case i got complacent on my 6 hours off...
First took hallucinogens for recreational purposes in Jan '93. Took perhaps 6 trips in total between Jan '93 - Oct '94. No headaches during those years.
Heachaches returned in spring '95. Figured out link between hallucinogenic drugs and lack of headaches by Oct '95, and dosed with full recreational dose of shrooms in Oct '95 - just in time to nuke incoming episode.
Dose with increasingly smalller batches of shrooms every 4 months or so until Dec '96. Had an episode consisting of 2 weeks shadows only in mid '97. Full blown episode in Jan '98.
No headaches again in '98 but redosed with small quantity of shrooms early Oct '98. Redosed 6 months later in Mar '99, again in Oct '99, and again in March '00. Forced to throw out shrooms in Oct '00 due to disagreement with neighbour when she threatened to call police due to incorrectly suspecting me of drunk driving. Was scared they raided my house - too much to risk. So skipped my Oct '00 dose  HAs subsequently paid a visit shortly after ( Bitch! Managed to procure more shrooms and hit back immediately with very small dose. Episode very severe, like it only consisted of the peak part, but over and done in 10 days.
Lasted through until Jul '01 when I redosed. Dosed again in Oct '02.
Felt first inclings of an episode in Mar '03. Dosed immediately and nuked it in the bud. Contracted nasty virus following week and that lasted 1 month, badly disrupting my sleep in the process. HAs returned (prob due to disrupted sleep) just as virus left. Redosed immediately but episode continued. HA every second night, some very severe and lasting 2 hours or more. Worst night had 2 back to back with background migraine. Total of 6 headaches in space of 9 days. Just like getting peak cycle but spared the beggining and the end part. Only 1 daytime headaches occured on day 1. still shadowing but nothing worse. Very similar to autumn '00 debacle.
Upshot is that in 10 years I should have been hit 20 times, for total of 20 months (as per first 6 years of CH). In the event I have been hit 4 times for total of <3 months.
Since Jan '98 episode ended i have only been hit for total of 3 weeks in last 3+ years... not many people with a cycle like that!!!
