Well, I have been using the solaray, but  don't like the labeling on it, how it says 150 grams, but on the ingredients, it says 150 root/165 extract or something like that.  Also, dosage says 1 or 2 a DAY, I have been taking them at night and morning.  If I am about an hour late, I feel it.

I was checking out the Nature's plus, and it looks like you have way more room for weaning yourself later on.  It's going to be pretty tough to back off when I am doing it just two times a day.

I will let you know how it goes.  I am paranoid to switch, but hopefully it will be okay. The planetary formula looked like it had extra stuff, like ginger root etc.  I didnt want to change and not know what the differences were.

Talk to you all later.  Looks like those on Natures plus have had pretty good success.

There seems to be so many brands, dosages and mixes. It makes it pretty hard to know which is the one to use.

I'll try filing this into away into some random brain cells for future use. Thank you. I hope it works out.

I am still using verap but will switch over after it's gone and give the zu a shot.

Well for me it made a remarkable difference, and I just ran out and got whatever the local health food store had.

I was surprised when I was at the mall yesterday, and neither of the vitamin/supplement places had it.  One of them was amazed how it said it helped with stiff neck, it's amazing, why doesn't the world know about it?!

BTW, my blood pressure has been great lately Smiley
