Any Vegans attending convention?

I am working on a menu for the Saturday night banquet and would like to know if there are any Vegans or any others with special dietary REQUIREMENTS.
I will TRY to accomodate any special needs but you need to let me know NOW.

Girlfriend...you are on top of everything!! My hubby's a vegetarian and no one ever asks him...you're just amazing!!! Thanks so much for all your hard work! BTW...he's not coming...Dallas is all mine. And... I looove meat!

I'm Coeliac which means I can't eat anything with wheat. barley oats or rye... but I can work around that if its not comething they are familiar with. Its a bit weird I know!
