Just gotta get past that pesky Christmas season and then it's ON to DAVCON!
For those of you who don't know the area, there are gambling riverboats, nice museums including a John Deere Museum and a firearms museum on Rock Island. The natural history museum has an Imax theatre, too. The Quad Cities has a lot to do and see if you don't mind it being 2 degrees F.
This is all only if you get sick of talking to clusterheads or the kids need a diversion . . .

Sweet pictures DJ Ü now for all coming to DavCon that are bringing kids I had a table and was selling items at last weekends card and comic show and I picked up about 30 items for those kids interested in that kind of thing plus my son rides BMX bikes and used to work at a place called "Good Times" where they sell bikes, skate boards, and shirts, shoes etc and son got me a hand full of stickers and such to give out to anyone interested at DavCon08 Davenport made a park for the skaters and bikers down by the river BUT its outside and sometimes the kids bring shovels and heaters and dry and still ride in the cold cold weather and its really cold down by the river but oh well its their thing I guess ok I have rambled enough hope to see all you old and new friends in 48 days Terry (the collector)
oh P.S. hey Jean you got a room mate this year ?¿? hehehehehe

The coldest it gets in San Diego is a frigid 65 degrees in a very bad year. If Guiseppi does show up, someone should be assigned to thaw him out with a hair dryer or something before putting him on a plane home. Don't want that mustache of his to fall off. His wife won't recognize him.
