Title: His Majesty's Decree Post by ClusterChuck on Dec 5th, 2003, 12:36am Some of you may remember that his royal highness, Jonny, made the decree that OneEyeBlond's nephew, Christopher, is now an adopted clusterbuddy. I got the idea to make it official. I typed up the following, passed it to Jonny for approval, and then mailed it to Christopher. With Mastifflvr's help, I can now post it for you to see.
