Title: Re: Trigger Sharing Proposal Post by Superpain on Apr 3rd, 2004, 11:38am I only have 2 triggers. Anything and nothing. Kinda like smoking... I only smoke on 4 occasions. When I get out of bed, after eating, after sex, and if I haven't had one for 20 min's... Clusters follow a very similar pattern. |

Luke 63, I have actually read in a health journal here in Aus, that headaches create a craving for chocolate prior to experiencing the pain, rather than chocolate= pain Take notice next time and see what happens. I definately get a craving for sweets when in cycle, must have icrecream and chocolate in the house, but have not linked h/a with consumption. Turts |

Title: Re: Trigger Sharing Proposal Post by Thorns on Apr 7th, 2004, 4:51pm I have exactly one beer that has been in my fridge now for about a month. Man that will be the best tasting hops when this cycle is over [smiley=beer.gif]. Stress is also a big factor--especially when I'm driving on long trips or hit a !$#@&^ traffic jam. Getting a CH in the car is definitely not fun. Thorns |
