Tell unsolved I truly wish him the best this time around.  Screwed time of year to be suffering.  Also suggest that he keep his eyes peeled in the hospital.  Never know, some nurses are pretty hot and enjoy comforting the souls of sufferers...

Hey...I'm back  ;;D  No, I didn't go all the way back to Chicago this time. Dr. Diamond sent my local neuro the protocol for the Histamine Drip Therapy (plus I've already done it once) so we did it here locally.
Hostamine Drip Therapy consists of:
21 bags of Histamine
Start each bag at 20 ml/hr and increase by 10 ml/hr every 15 - 30 minutes or until patient feels 'flushed', has hot flashes, or has a headache; or reaches 125 ml/hr. ... then start back at 20 ml/hr and repeat. Allow a 1 hour break in between IV bags.
Duration of Therapy; approx 6 - 11 days

Right now I'm feeling good  ;;D

Thanks for all the support

NO HAs?  So, was the last go 'round successful?  I know you're chronic so how long can this treatment last?  I gotta figure if anyone needs some PF time it's you.

Hope it lasts through New Years so at least you can think about whether a glass of bubbly is even a possibility.

On second though, forget it. In cycle Champaign is as deadly as red wine for me.  Maybe worse.

No clusters ! The Histamine Drip Therapy works much like the DHE drip for me ... only with the Histamine Drip you may have a breakthrough full-blown cluster  BUT I get more pain free time overall.... this is only my 2nd time doing it. So far, I've not had 1 cluster since starting the Histamine again.

My first go round with Histamine gave me some pain free time I really needed. I hope this time last even longer. I'll post results.

Great to see you back Michael and that you're getting a break. So much work and time spent on this horror.....

Sorry I didn't post sooner but I'm glad to see you doing better and keep doing whatever it is that you're doing.

Charlie
