Title: What in bloody 'ell
Post by Lizzie2 on Jan 10th, 2005, 10:25am
is going on in over there you goofies????

I just see this morning that the BBC released "Jerry Springer - The Opera" on national television!  Bwahahaha

Don't get me wrong...I've loved the BBC for many years...but this just cracked me up!

Love from the US,
Carrie :)

Don't ask me... I only live here!
I'd sooner have watched a musical about cat poo to be honest! (Not that I will watch this one either!!)

LOL I would rather be stabbed repetitively (sp?) in the chest than  have to watch opera, frankly.  Oh wait...isn't that what happens during opera?  I've watched one because most of my friends were in it at Penn State, and I've seen others by force of being a music major.  An opera on Jerry Springer however...that's a new low!

:)

What a shame  :o The only person who could have done it justice would have been Peter Sellers.

BBC America is pretty good though. Steed and Mrs. Peel every friday.   8) I was so young.....

And now today with Prince Harry!!  He calls wearing an old Nazi uniform a "poor taste in costume."  I guess I should say so!   ha... wow

No really I have nothing against England (as I'm about 50% from the motherland herself!)...just has been a  bit odd seeing these things pop up!

Harry seems to me to not be the sharpest knife in the drawer. For God's sake, what was he thinking? They are still so much closer to that horror. Grandmother will be oiling the switches for him.  >:(  I hope.
