I know this sounds pretty bad coming from somrone who is about to graduate from college but I'm having issues trying to post any picture on here. I've noticed that you all have picture on your profiles or elsewhere of yourselves and lovedones. So my question is, how do I put the pcture on my profile and then anywhere else for that matter. For some time now I have felt that I have gotten to know all of you better because UI have been able to place faces with the words and advice that you provide. I think it only fair that I do the same in return.

Mate, I'm a computer idiot and even I managed it! Just asked a 10 year old who did it in minutes.

I know it has to be pretty easy but I just tried it again and got nothing. I've got tons of pictures in my computer, I've got photos on a Snapfish account and I also have three albums on facebook.com as well. I just can't seem to do it on here. I tried to upload it from a few of my other accounts but it didn't work. I'm stumped!

Go to "profile" at the top of the page. Click on it.

Scroll down to where it says "personal pic" and select "no pic".

Go to the next line where it says "I have my own pic" and put a checkmark in the box. Paste the URL of your picture in the slot beside it. The picture has to be in gif or jpg format.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "save". Let the site go through its little thinking process. Takes a minute or so. When the "profile" screen comes up, it's loaded.

Done.

Tried again just now and it didn't work. Have no idea what I'm doin' wrong probaly something completely simple. Too late right now to wake the boss up 'cause she'd probably shoot me since I'e been waking her up nightly with these attacks. I'll try to get her to do it for me tomorrow or find someone around here who can.

Your pics have to be uploaded on a www site...like Shutterfly...or any other www site that hosts pics.

The pics you see to the left of our posts have to be relatively small. I think DJ resizes if necessary. You can use Tiny URL.com also, and resize instantly...then copy and paste the new tinyurl tag on that line in your profile.

If you continue to have a problem, just email the pic to DJ, and ask him to help ya out.
