16 years ago this little boy came into the world looking like Winston Churchill dipped in motor oil . . . . . and today he is taller, and smarter,  and much better looking that either of his parents!!

Aww Roy - I hope you have a fantastic day honeybun 'cos you deserve it. I thoroughly enjoyed the time we got to spend together in Richmond and if my kids grow uup half as nice as you I'll be a very proud mum  :)

First off, happy birthday, bud. It's hard for me to believe that the day that changed our lives forever was 16 whole years ago. Sometimes it seems like a hundred years ago, other times it seems like it was just yesterday.

Know that you have changed our lives immeasurably for the better. You're a good kid, and we love you very much.

HAPPY 16TH BIRTHDAY ROY!! A Mustang at your age is a no-no. The insurance here for a 16 year old driving a old Ford Tempo is out of reach, and a mustang is classed as a sports car.
May I suggest you ask for the parents key's when you get your licence to drive.

Sorry Bill and Pat, you can tell we do not have any children.

 Hey Roy, I've been around you twice now and I have to say I am impressed with you.  You actually sat down and talked to me and a few others at the conventions who had to be ..um...a couple of years older than you.

  I was impressed because you seemed to actually like us.

  Now just forget the Mustang...it was a car built for college age girls.  A safe and reliable car that Daddy's bought for their daughters.   Until guys started putting bigger engines in it.

I should have looked closer - had one of those emblems in my hands yesterday!

My son has a 'stang and someone swiped the emblem on him.  I have some pretty good connections in my line of work so was able to get him a replacement..

cost to Mom - zero - look on 42 year old son's face - priceless!
