They didn't fault-test the thing before they put it out there? Prodding the bot to say nasty things would immediately occur to any twelve-year-old. Apparently, the designers are not yet twelve.

What do you expect? This is Microsoft you're talking about. If I could, I would dump every single Microsoft program that's lodged in my computer.

Their service SU**S!

It's a long story, so I won't try to bore you with it now, but, because of Microsoft's "tech" people, who are in India, my entire e-mail system, address book, all messages in inbox, sent box, trash box, along with my calendar are now completely history - gone forever. The techies are the ones who wiped it out. Not me. And, Microsoft has not yet responded to my messages of complaint. This has been since October 8th.
