Back in here, some youngsters are allowed to create a graffiti work of art to specific walls to show that some of them have artistic view instead of making a mess of public space (which is, unfourtunately, still common).

My old school's one white wall never remained white for a long time... ::) And kids who make a mess to Helsinki's subway/underground trains will get a nasty punishment: they will have to clean their 'art' away. ;;D

I got stuck at a train crossing today (98 cars long!) and I got to thinking that they should ENCOURAGE kids to paints those train cars. The ones that were tagged were amazing in detail and design - actually lovely to watch go by!!

The ugly black and orange tankers were just that, ugly.
