This is my little Caleb (in case you had any doubts). He crawled in bed with me about midnight last night. Well, him and Homer -- Homer got to get OUT and go back outside!!!! One man is enough for this old Granny.

Some sage advice to all of you planning to have kids -- skip the kids! Go straight to the grandkids -- they're a lot more fun ;;D

Caleb and I took our new dog "Fred" out in the woods and hunted coyotes (or mountain lions - it kept changing) yesterday afternoon. Didn't catch any, but we decided that Fred is a "good" hunting dog (he's the latest addition to Granny's stray dog kennel).

But his parents showed up and took him home and now I have to wait till next Friday to have someone to play with. :(
