Just when you think things are getting better...BAM I get knocked down with a 4 hour CH at 10pm-2am last night. Today I feel drained and Im scared. I know that the pain will eventually end its just getting there that is hard. Ive had shadows all day...this isnt good for my anxiety at ALL.
Its very hard when your signifiant other doesnt know how painful these are...I just want him to realize that these arent headaches by no means...I tell him that the pain is worse than my 3 day child labor and then imagine the pain all in your eye. But noone will understand what we go through unless they experience it for themselves.
I finally got my insurance back so now I can go and get my CT scan done and hopefully I can get diagnoised with CH...Like Ive said b4 im 99% sure thats what these are but my DR just hasnt said "yes these are clusters"
I think I will feel better mentally after I find out there is nothing else wrong. I just want this to end...its going on 5 weeks now and the last time I had CH they lasted over 1 year and stayed away for 2 years...
Sorry for rambling,,,just needed to vent.... :-/

no apologies needed, we know what ur going thru. Bring your hubby over here, we'll straighten him out ;;D

What are you taking for your shadows? Strong, black coffee (no equal, sugar may be OK) is good for me to knock them down.

Venting is welcome here!

Please try to find relief anywayyou can. Ask for some samples of thevarious ch meds at your doctor and get instructions on how touse them. If they work I think it is a safe bet you have CH. Then try 02 stright away.
