Its not Vancouver but.................Come to Maine for Labor Day weekend!

Since I am new and it seems there are new people joining daily I would like to invite anyone who can make it to the lovely state of Maine on Saturday, August 31st for a barbecue.

I have an 35 acre non-working farm with fields and woods to walk in. Grab one of my Golden Retrievers and go for a walk through the woods. Bring a tent and sleeping bag and rough it or I'll send you the names of a few hotels in the area.

I am in the boonies of South Western Maine in a small town called Limerick. It is a great place to unwind and relax. No pool but there is a lake in town so bring your canoe and bathing suit.

Let me know if you can bring a dish and BYOB.

OK, I wasn't going to respond to this thread since I have no idea if i can make it up to Maine later in the month. But I am laughing my ass off at the thought of jonny on a Honda. Remember to wear those elbow pads.

Too bad..........I love Harleys. The only kinda bike as far as I'm concerned.

Nice idea Christine! Maien is my "hoem state" even though I live in NH now. Born there and lived many many years there (around Farmington). Limerick....not too far from Biddeford? Welcome to the MB and PFDAN's to ya. - Jim R
