Took my family to the park today. Ran around, played with the kids, enjoyed actually being outside in the daytime. Must've walked about 2 - 3 miles today. Most days I'm lucky to walk from my house to my car without feelin' sick or something. I had to wear dark glasses most of the day to block the sun, but that's okay. Best day I've had in a long time. :)

Great news DRK. I was able to ride bike with my daughter yesterday and kick a ball too. Sunglasses is a must but I haven't been able to do this in over a month. Many PFDAN to you and all.

Put this in your memory bank and draw on it if you're ever down again - it does pass and tomorrow is always a new and fresh day. Put these occasions in a "bank account" that can be drawn on when you need them, OK?

:o! So glad to read the hope. In Arizona this time of year, OUTSIDE is a bit like sticking your head in the oven, but it would be worth the scorch....hehe
