Title: All symptoms, no pain?
Post by jimbo on Dec 20th, 2002, 9:52am
For the last week-twice daily stuffy runny nose on one side, eye red and half shut and the proverbial feeling that I'm about to get my ass kicked by the beast, but he never shows up. At least not yet anyway. ??? This is about the time of the year that I get hit, other than spring. It's beginning to drive me nuts. Anyone else ever have this happen to them?  Maybe my CCB meds are working as this is the first time I have ever been on them. Or maybe I need to get them upped somewhat. Right now I'm on 120mg daily of Cartia.

WTF?

Seeya,

Jimbo

The subject has been discussed here before. It is referred to as a phantom ch.

jimbo, I have been having these since early spring. They don't wake me up, it is mostly discomfort, and I know the beast is there but he hardly ever shows. Also I am med-free at the mo.

I am not complaining anymore. I wouldn't up my meds if I were you, if there are no breakthroughs soon.

Enjoy! Just don't consume any of your known triggers at Xmas!

Can I come to your house, and see if maybe it will rub off on me?

Yup, it happens. Count your blessings and maybe your cycle will begin and end this way.
