We could use some good vibes from my new family for my son. He is a geophysics major at the Colorado School of Mines and finals start tomorrow. This is his last email to us:
oof. that's all i have to say. my brain is going to explode. my structural geology paper is 18 pages, my linear systems final is to perform a discreet fourier transform on 12000 data points, i've studied structural geo for 2 days straight now, continuum mechanics will be 2 hours of the most complicated math you can imagine, and all in the next 3 days!
For those who don’t know, Andy was in an avalanche last year (he’s doing great). Check out the December Readers Digest “Life, Death and an Avalanche”, that’s him pictured on page 33.

That test sounds like it would hurt the Brain almost as much as a cluster headache.
Well maybe not a KIP 10, but still sounds like at least a KIP 5. LOL

Thanks for all the well wishes from all over! But more importantly, thanks for helping my poor ol' dad out when he needs it.
Yeah, school can give me headaches, but not headaches like his. At least my headaches have a reason and a purpose. I don't know how you all do it, but I know it must take a lot of strength. Support to you all from Golden!
