I need an Intriguing and consice CH statement

After the one-liners I need an intriguing and consice CH statement.
As well as a closing statement about CH and how to help.
I would like to get your input and then I will draft a final of the one liners as well as the statement...
I will post options and let you consider and vote on which one is the best....

Exquisite is the word. It is the most perfect pain I can imagine. It's almost fascinating. A guy once posted that he looked in the mirror during an attack and was surprised that he couldn't see the pain. Something that all encompassing has to be visable.

Bingo Dan. It's not only amazing how much it hurts but the fear of the next one too. The not wanting to go to sleep because you know what that means. Not wanting to eat so the meds will work faster on the empty stomach. Not wanting to go out of the house, to be hit in unfamiliar surroundings. The fear that maybe the meds won't work this time. A couple months of fear interspersed with short bouts of exquisit pain.
I'm on good terms with the Man, wish I was the same with CH.

The fear aspect.... I wonder if it could compare to the fear that is inflicted on torture victims.
The pain alone is bad, but the anxiety/fear that is a constant companion especially for chronics. No wonder there are times that I think that I am losing it.
