Have I told you guys how much I love you????
ok... I keep getting a error message saying there is something up with my Active X settings so that the pages that I go to cannot be displayed properly... made my 9 year old go into a non recoverable melt down...
Hellllllllllllllllllp!!! How do I fix these settings I have a Dell and I have been waiting for the Dell Chat guy for 11 minutes now.........let's see if the CH... guys can help me before the Dell guy.........love ree ps thanks in advance

If you are getting a message like the following:
"Your current settings prohibit running Active X controls on this page. As a result, the page may not display correctly."
It can be resolved by following these steps:
- Close the current Internet Explorer window and open a new one.
- Click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
- In the resulting window, click on the Security tab. The Internet icon should already be selected by default.
- Click on the Custom Level radio button at the bottom.
- Under the Reset Custom Settings section at the bottom, change the Reset to: level to Low.
- Click on the Reset radio button and click OK.
Make certain this is something you really want to do as mostly this is a way for site to get you to view their off-site ads, et cetera...

Well, sounds like you already got help...
my hub said to go to tools, internet options, then advanced, and you would find the settings.
i am computer ilit.
