everyone has been sick at my house and we are all just getting over the flu.
Buddy called me this morning from work. He has a new boss. The new guy has veto all time off and extended working to half a day on Saturdays. Same pay! Buddy almost 60 he doesn't feel looking for a new job at his age would be wise, he is going to stick it out and see what else happen.
That means no trips for us to Iowa or NC! :-(
I am not much on driving alone with the baby for 13 hours LOL !
I am not depressed any more cause I got a letter that Michelle is going to get to go.
That just tickles me to death. I am so excited.
Everyone better send me pictures and tell me all about what goes on.
Going to miss all ya'll !

Sorry to hear the bad news Elaine. We will have a toast in your honor. I know you really wanted to come. Keep saving for Nashville. At least it's something to look forward to.

Whats the name of the airport in IOWA? I haven't given up just yet. If I can find a non stop flight that leaves Friday afternoon and come back Sunday afternoon I can aford I stil might go!
