The old coot and the Marine

Day one:
 
This old coot (that looked surprisingly like Charlie!) wandered up to the gate at the White House. The Marine that was standing guard asked if there was anything he could do for the man. The man replied, "Yes, I'd like to make an appointment to see President Clinton." The Marine said, "Mr. Clinton is no longer the president, sir", to which the man simply turned and walked away.
 
Day two:
 
The same old coot (that looked surprisingly like Charlie!) wandered up to the gate at the White House. The same Marine that was standing guard asked if there was anything he could do for the man. The man replied, "Yes, I'd like to make an appointment to see President Clinton." The Marine said, "Mr. Clinton is no longer the president, sir", to which the man simply turned and walked away.
 
Day three:
 
The very same old coot (that looked surprisingly like Charlie!) wandered up to the gate at the White House. The same Marine that was standing guard asked if there was anything he could do for the man. The man replied, "Yes, I'd like to make an appointment to see President Clinton." The Marine said, "Sir, as I have told you for the past three days, Mr. Clinton is no longer the president, sir", to which the man simply smiled and said, "I know. I just love hearing it"
 
 
 
 
 
Tha Marine smiled and said, "See ya tomorrow"

Wiley.......I heard all about that.......but when I heard the story.......it was TWO ole coots.......sorry just assumed it was YOU with Charlie........
