I am back from my vacation in Florida....I think all CH sufferers should move there....the whole time there NO CH!!!...the next day from being home, the minute I opened my eyes at 7am , my brain instantky registered the pain from a CH and when i did the O2, it went away, as soon as i took the O2 off, it came back, this went on almost all day....til about 5pm when the percocete kicked in.....still felt it, but not as intense....since than i have been ok...I am wondering if there is any corolation with Ch and sodium nitrate (preservative in processed meats)
Disney world was great...I missed everyone horrabley
 ya rite lol....
I did have some bad news while there, my brother n law lost his battle with cancer...I am glad he is not suffering any more....

Sorry to hear the sad news. Not a good way to start 2004 
Not sure about this preservative. MSG affects some of us but maybe others know.
Disney is still in Florida? Can't have everything.

Not sure if we've met. (on the board that is).
I read a bunch of post from people who say MSG is a trigger. Not sure though.
Sorry to hear the pain is back.

thanks for the vibes all....i have been CH free since the ones i got when i got back......and i ate processed food to see if id get one...nothing, also when i was away, i drank alchohol...didnt have a CH....go figure....i cant even pretend to understand all this...lol

im pretty much afraid to eat anything when the clusterbombs have me down in the hole...i think i should try o2, u seem to have good luck with it...and im sorry to hear of yur lose....hang in there...when my CH hits me (i can feel it creepin in) i will gain some peace in knowing that im not alone in my private little torture chamber anymore.....cheers...gary the newby from jersey

I don't know Millie, but last year while in cycle I ate an entire ring of kielbasa, and had the worst CH in 21+ years maybe it was just a coincidence but I stay away from that shit anymore while in cycle.

I'm am wondering if i will ever figure out a cycle ....they just come when they want.....I am still PF rite now....it's almost like the longer i go between them, the worse they are when they do start......I just wish I knew if I was ever gonna have one again or not.
