Despite his stupidity.  They got him released on a signature bond and released a second time.  This time he is on the braclet that monitors him whereever he goes.  He is under house arrest and can only be gone from 7am to 6pm for work purposes.  In the meantime he only gets a couple hours a day to look for work.  He gets to go back to night school in Jan and hopefully will graduate before his trial.  He is being monitored for drugs and alcohol very closely.  He has to breath into a machine 3x a day and have a piss test 1x a week.  I wish they would have done this to begin with. However I am just so happy that he made it home in time for the holidays.  They wouldn't have been the same with him gone.  I hope he graduates before he has to go back to jail.
