Losing my sanity...

Well I'm supposed to be admitted today as has been planned ever since my eventful neuro appt on December 9th.
Due to a whole bungalow-full of screwed up red tape, they are now telling me that I have to wait until the person who can get around the red-tape comes in tomorrow morning and deals with it. So I won't be admitted today.
But unfortunately I know how this system works. They will tell me tomorrow that they only admit for Mondays.
Oh man.....if I had a boot, it would be up about 100 people's asses right now! Jonny.....?????
They told me I can't speak with my neuro directly because it is against policy...have to wait for nursing to call me back. So I sent him an email. I said I am not asking for medical advice or information, but just to give me an urgent call at my home. Would have liked to include a few other nice words, but that just wouldn't have helped my cause any!
Please...pray for me, send vibes or something...
I was just explaining this to my dad on the phone and a giant rock hit his windshield (he's coming home from Syracuse) and left a cut "the size of the star of David" in his exact words. I told him to pull over, call the cops, grab the rock, and have it arrested.
As I just said to a good friend on IM...
Damn it - why does the world suck???!?!?!?!?!
Somebody help me..... Good grief!

I tried Zomig NS for the first time this morning for a whopping K10 on the left side, but it didn't work. Cluster just ran its course. I will give it at least one more try, but I only had 2 samples of it from my neuro so I have one left to try.
For now, I'm going to take a brief nap, which although may trigger the beast...I don't care. I'm tired!

Well, L2, since I've grown to be a person who doesn't need a reason to say what's on my mind (it just blurts out lately....heehe) I just want to say I really admire you and believe that you have a great future in your future. You're one sharp lady for your age.
My prayers for this current challange in your life are being said and will continue.
You remind me in a way of my daughter who, if you remember my bragging a while back, is a RN BSN and takes her role in patient advocacy very seriously.
There are big differences in nurses and NURSES, and I spell your title in caps.

Glad to hear your daughter is that kind of nurse as well.
No further updates other than my boyfriend telling me that he is starting to "doubt us." Woohoo! Fun day!!!
Hopefully it'll be straightened out tomorrow...
