"Tug" McGraw...who helped both the N.Y. Mets & Philadelphia Phillies to World Championships...died last night of a Brain Tumor. He was 59.

For non-sports fans...he was also Country Singer Tim McGraw's father.

Saw him in 1980, after the Phillies won the World Series from Kansas City. He was the greatest.
