I feel SO almost awesome this morning!

No seriously, I do have a tiny bit of shadow in my head, but other than that, no pain! Kudzu rocks as well!!! (YAY KUDZU!) I have definately slapped myself silly to stop from changing my meds around (you know how it is, we all want relief NOW). I went to bed at 11pm, woke at 4am with a kip 3, and 25 min. later, it was gone! Laid back down and got up at 5:55 with a shadow, did a new visualization technique of mine () and they were gone within 5min.
I also threw my pillows onto the floor last night after getting hit and slept on the bare mattress. For some reason, I've always slept better that way. 
Anyhow, have I ever told you guys that you're the greatest????  Did you all know that you're special? Unique? VERY different? It's all good baby.

GREAT......am so happy for you !!!! Hope your day continues to be PF and you can enjoy yerself without lurking pains. I woke up with my usual back pain and everyday mild but nagging freakin headache from neck crap. Got an old old cat dieing as I type and Xmas cheer has me doin a real big JEER  
I am so glad for you.......hope it is an early Xmas present of things to come !!! Bein PF !!!!!!!

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.
