My prayer for you this Christmas day
Is simple and heartfelt.
That you will feel the awe
Of three lowly shepherds visited by angels.
That you will feel the wonder of a
A young mother holding the Son of God.
That you will feel the humility of the
Man destined to raise the Savior in a carpenters shop.
That you will feel the hope of the wise men
Following a star.
That you will feel the joy of the angels
Bursting with songs of praise.
That you will know the power of redemption
That you will know the constancy of God’s love
That you will know the sureness of His provision
That you will know the security of His grace
That you will know the completeness of His mercy.
We pray that the true meaning of this season will change your lives,
Turn you daily to Jesus, and strengthen you.
God has richly blessed each one of us, some with material abundance, some with loving families, some with trials and hardships. All of these are blessings God meant to be shared. Share the wealth, share the love and share the compassion we learn from our own suffering. Above all, pray for one another and share the gospel, the good news of Immanuel, with all who have not heard it yet.

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.
