Central MO help with O2 ASAP?

Can anyone help with getting an Oxygen set up in central Missouri? We have a sufferer there who is having a tough time and has no O2 and cant get any for at least 2 weeks.
Purchasing a system might be too expensive, but is possible. Does anyone live near there who can even loan a tank with regulator for a week or 2?
