6 mg of melatonin before bedtime had been keeping me pain-free since shortly after the onset of this cycle last October.

Friday, I came down with a medium-wretched cold (fever and coughing, but no chest congestion).

I have twice taken Robitussin to help with the cough, and I have twice now had night time ha's according to the usual schedule, every 90-120 minutes after going to bed.

Has anyone else noticed a correlation between colds and headaches, or headaches and Robitussin (dextromethorphan)?

Perhaps some things are obvious(?), such as sinus irritation and dehydration--but the cough medicine thing's a surprise.

Sinus infection and coughing too hard are triggers for me. Hope you get over both soon!
