Based on responses thus far, these numbers include responses I found from other boards as well and assume that multiple screen names were not used by responsents so results may be off a little ((Many single response items were also offered but not included)
N = 22
Triggers:
Alcohol - 15
Strong odors - 8
Hot weather /heated body - 6
Naps - 5
Change in weather (pressure?) - 5
MSG - 4
2nd hand smoke - 3
Nicotine - 2
Chocolate - 2
Nuts - 2
Stress - 2
The following expressed that they found Caffeine and/or nicotine beneficial (the point of the survey):
Caffeine - 13
Nicotine - 5
