Here we go again, again

I went for a stretch of about 40 days PF, that came to a screeching halt on wednesday, then again on friday, saturday, sunday and last night.
Last night i felt that familiar ice pick at about 1:30am, and the beast seemed a little pissed off about something. "greetings, Beast", I said, "I heard you were comin my way"
So now it looks like I have an uninvited house guest for about the next 30 to 60 days. Yee Haaaaa
Best call up the DME company for the O2 and the pharmacy for the pred, gotta make sure i have all the meds I need, maybe make some CB tea too.
LETS GET IT ON!!!!
