Please copy and reply information to daisy95988@hotmail.com.  I have been diagnosed with Chronic Cluster Headaches and I am doing a research paper on them and diagnosis problems for my english class, your help  is greatly appreciated.

First name:

Age:

When did you first begin experiencing cluster headaches?

How long have you had them?

How long are your head ache cycles?

What kind of treatments are you using?

Are they working?

What has been the best treatment for you?

How long did it take to get diagnosed?

How often do you miss school/work because of your headaches?

Do you have any family members/spouse with CH?

How often have you had to visit a hospital because of your headaches?  (guess if it is frequently)

Do your headaches distrupt your daily life?  How so? (be specific please)

Do you have trouble with your doctor or insurance trying to get medications?

On a scale of 1-100 how bad is the pain from your head aches at the peak of your cycle?

Have you identified some of the the triggers for your headaches (for the ones that are out of cycle)?

Have you tried any alternative forms of medication? (i.e. marijuana, aroma therapy, herbal medicines?)

If so have they worked?

What was one of your worst attacks? (please describe)

Ditto to the above.

As a diagnosed episodic, my answers would never help you on a paper regarding chronic sufferers.

Do you want everyone's input, or just chronics?  If you are only interested in chronic sufferers, you might want to re-word your questions.

Just a thought,

Kris

Hi Daisy,

Sorry you have to be here, but glad you found us. Poke around the site as it has a wealth of information all directly related to CH and will be of benefit to you. You also  might want to post on the 'Get to know ya" board as well.

Good luck and PF days ahead.

Daisy,

You're questions are reasonable, and I would be happy to help,

But first......

You're not attempting to collect E-mail addresses from CH sufferers.... are you?

Let's hear a little more about you please.
