i just want to let you all know my cycle is over. i just want to thank everyone for all their kind words and encouragement. without the support i had from you guys i don't know how i could have made it . i had the support from those around me but it's not the same when they don't quite understand the pain i was really going through, so once again i thank you all. i wish you all well,ps my cycle lasted 11 or 12 days and my last one was 3 years ago,hopefully i can go 5 years till the beast returns ,but i will not leave this forum peace

yeah i guess im very lucky ,actually this is my longest period ,im usually finished in 10 days ,my punk ass (lol)couldnt take it a day more ,again you guys who goes through this shit for weeks,months or even years are my heroes

It seems mine has finished as well. The big test after four days without as much as a shadow, was a bit of Jim Beam. Risky, but I had to. (monday night football and all) A little hung over but no hit. The last hit was while I was in Vegas, probably brought on by a combination of stress and being over tired. Grabbed a Red Bull from the mini bar, and five to ten minutes later, I was going back to sleep. Being able to sleep after driking a Red Bull addresses just how over tired I was.
Wishing all PF days and nights. I will be lurking in the wings as this group is truly a God send.
