10 year gap?

I have been CH free for ten years.  I thought it was over.  Until two nights ago.  It's back.  I had a 45 minute bout, managed with hot towels and squeezing.  Today at lunch, I had a minor 15 minute bout.

Is it possible to have a ten year gap?  Does this really mean they are back?  I have had the shadow lingering over me almost the entire day, just trying to scare the crap out of me.

Sorry man, but this thing is unpredictable.

If it makes it better for ya....up until a year ago I was chronic for 30 years.

Sorry they came back, Bro!!

It is up to YOU to educate yourself and then help your doctor plan your treatment. If you just sit down in front of your doctor and say "make me better" you are setting yourself up for a great deal of pain.

My husband was painfree for 4 years until June 28th of this year. We've been fighting a very hard battle this time.

I'm so sorry to hear they are back for you, too.

Steve, I saw your other post on the General board. I was PF for 3 years between 2 cycles. We are all different. Hope you enjoyed your PF time and here's to a short cycle and another 10 years remission  Grin

I had an 8 year gap between my first CH attack and my second....became chronic in 1996, (with frequent episodic attacks every year from 1988 on).  Hope yours go away again for a long, long time.
