Hi hope you are good.
Does anyone here know , or get any signals that the cycle is nearly over?
My current cycle has been subtley different for two days now...........me thinking that its nearley over 
But then Wham.....i get a real bad hit during the day(first time)...............POOH

I know what you mean as far as cycles changing. This present cycle has been very strange. There were times in previous years that I would have several major hits in one day. It didn't matter what time of day they just kept on coming. This cycle has been mainly at night. I always got them in my sleep, but this time I can't sleep more than 30 minutes before the damn thing is back..............I can tell when my cycle is ending when I can sleep for over a week without interuption, and the severe sensitivity on the left side of my head starts to lighten up..............I have been in this present cycle since mid-october, and if my calculations are correct ( based on my past cycle history) it should be starting to wind down.PLEASE GOD !

I know that in years and cycles past that I would get that huge attack and it would just be over. I would wait a couple of weeks before I tested anything, but the end is usally the greatest time in the whole world. When you think that you are near the end, and it isn't...positively the worst feeling.

its the waiting that is the worst. Waiting for the next one and praying it doesn't show up.
I'm there with ya Scott. Kinda feeling like walking on eggshells. So far, down to one hit, very minor at 9ish pm.

Thank you Jennifer. Last week was strange. Had a couple of dinners to attend, and was a nervous wreck. I made it through the dinners fine, and actually have had a couple of good nights--just one hit, very minor. I am up now because I have to go to work. But last week I had two bad nights , so I made an appointment with the Neurologist for this evening. I am hoping ( and praying) for the end as it has been 7--going on 8 weeks now............I think that the difference has been when I get so damn mad , suddenly they lighten up. I'm gently walking on those eggshells now
