i am so tired i would love to put in a full weeks worth of normal sleep i am up almost every nite and usually around 2 - 3 am i tryed 1.5 mg of melatonin helped some but i probably needed the whole pill i have had these so long my family and friends kinda brush it off like they are tired of hearing about them im glad i have somewhere to vent only you know the pain i suffer

Hi Kimblin, I am a nightowl too...But I tend to stay up by choice to lessen my attacks...Look for me on any of the chat systems, Ill be happy to bs with you anytime...I'll keep you in my prayers....

Same here. Since Dec. the normal sleep cycle is no more than 3 hrs.
