Well its been about 3 years since I have been here. Wish i could say it was longer. Things in my life are better than ever. With of course one thing which we all know! I have found something that does work for me recently. Max-Alt. It is immediate but dosent seem to work for long. My Clusterhead seems to last 2-6 weeks in length and vaires in amount of times per day. Anywhere from 2-4 times. I always try to stay ahead of it which means allevie pills as many as I can take and they Max Alt once or twice a day. Under the tongue and thankfully so far been working quickly. Before I actually kick in doors.

Had another one last nite. 2 week straight now.They seem to come with regularity around 2am. The mazalt is wearing thin and the pounding lasted for only 1 hour last nite. Maybe I am on the down cycle or maybe I am standing ahead of the pain. In either case it was much better!!! :)

On a lighter note, sunnyvale???? Where neighbors! I am in redwood City. You probably have seen my out late at nite driving around to avoid going to sleep. Why cant the malls be open 24 hours! At least safeway is so I can get some things done.

Good to see you again Brucie. If the pains are waking you at night you might try dramamine before bed. It'll let you sleep without entering the REM sleep mode where the devil lives. Some folks say try melatonin.

You want 24 hour things to do? Move to Vegas. The 25 hour clock was invented in Vegas.

Hey Brucie , I was on Max-Alt for about a year and had what my neuro explained as a rebound. If you ever find that it is not working as it did do tell your doc, I did and now on Zomig ,it seems to control the nightmare. Make sure you take it on target of your C/H , that is when it will work best. Good luck and pleasant dreams 8) Toni
