Brian, your local Fire station might have a non-rebreather mask that you can use in the meantime.

Brian,
I can mail you a regular mask but you won't get it for a couple of days. I'm in Florida, you're all the way across the country. If you want it, pm me your address.

I didnt know you lived there Kirk!!  I have been there many times, love that place.  I actually like Pacific City even more.
Anyway, the mask is for someone in Missouri that i helped get the tank, reg and hose for, but I wasnt able to get a bag or a mask for some reason.
I'll try that medical supply store for myself, but I generally just get them online, but have been waiting for my very own clustermasx.
Jose, maybe i will take you up on that offer to mail that to missouri if she is unable to locate a medical supply store there.  Thanks a lot for helping.
PF wishes
BMonee

If you/she/whoever can't find a non-rebreather mask right away, cut the mask off the end of the hose and suck O2 straight out of the hose.  Just remember not to breathe through the nose at the same time.

If you're that worried about having a reservoir bag... Find a smallish, airtight bag (preferably one that wasn't used to hold something toxic), press all the air ya can out of it, then shove the end of the plastic tube from the regulator into the bag.  Hold the bag closed, and let it inflate for a little bit.  Now, hold the end of the bag firmly over your mouth (with the tube still in the bag) and breathe in through your mouth, and out your nose.  Should work well enough in a pinch.

PFDAN..................................... Drk^Angel

P.S.  Or shove the end of the the tube in your mouth, and suck it as stated above would prolly work too, just don't blow out your lung.
