I've been around here since late 1999.

I've lost my log-in rights about 591 times, and I don't know why......surely it is all my fault.

I just hate seeing my number of posts back to 1 again.  Can you please add a few thousand numbers to my credit..like about a thousand less than Jonny, who came along just about the same time I did?

I now have about 10 e-mail addresses just so that I could re-create an ID here......man, I don't even know where I live on the net anymore.

I better close as this just becomes more and more pitiful.....I'm making myself cry, so I can imagine how my friends here feel. Wink

As long as we know who you are and how long you've been here, what does it matter? We love you and know who we're dealing with.

Donna,

Don't you fret none.  Those of us who know you love you, and those who don't soon will.

Like Brew said...numbers aren't nothing.

Love ya Donna and welcome back.

Well, thank you both.......I feel better already.

I also have a new computer........been without one for about 3 months or so.  It feels so good to be back on line.  You never know how much you miss being on the net until you're not able.

hey there Newbie Grin  Wanna tell us a little about yourself.... Where you from? Florida you say?  Do you have any pink thingys? Grin Grin  Ever had a Saturday night cookout just for the heck of it - and had a bunch of CHers show up from all over the country?

Welcome back Donna (seriously). Ok, I'm with Annette - you can have half of Jonny's posts... We've been missing you that much.

For those of you who don't know, Donna is an OLD timer here (heck she's older than me - and that's OLD) but she's a neat lady. And if you're ever in Florida - ya gotta go see her. She knows this neat little bar and will introduce you to this BIRD named Joe .... well that's a whole nuther story.... Wink

First, I want to apologize to Jonny for (again) misspelling his name.  You see, I have a son named Johnny and it's easy to make that mistake.  Whew, I just noticed it.  I think I'll correct it now.

Thanks to the rest of you......I've missed you too.

Annette, thanks for being so generous with Jonnys number of posts.  I'll take your offer.  LOL.

And Barbara, thanks for not going into any more detail. Wink  Wish I could have one or two of those days back... I love you too, you young chick.

Create a spreadsheet or document that contains all your sites, user id's, and passwords. Once it's done, print it out and keep it in a safe place. As you add to it, print it out and replace the hard copy. When you're at the computer you can simply pull up the document if you're unsure. If you lose it, then you can refer to the printed version.

Also, make the document or spreadsheet password protected.

OK.......here's the senerio.  I'm here right now, but tomorrow when I come back, I will appear as a guest.  I go to login and type in my info.  I get a message that says I already exist.  I try again to log in and I get a message to contact the administrator.

I try to register using a new name because mine is already being used.  When I type in my e-mail address I'm told that someone is already using it.  I sign up for a new e-mail address and use a new variation of my name and I get in.

A few months later, I go through this whole routine again.

Go figure.

Edited to answer Chewy's question............No. It's still there.  Look again. Grin
