You're related to the goat and you admit it???   Man oh man, do you you have something to learn about the big bad world out here.

Rule 1.  If you've skeletons in the closet, keep the door closed.
Rule 2.  If in doubt, see rule 1.

Either way, great to meet you and I just wish it was any place but here.  Are you fully armed for your visit with the neuro cos if there's anything else you need you've only to ask.

Happy daze,

Brian.

You have a pretty righteous father and looking forward to that freaky sense of humor you say you have.

Feel good and stay strong!

Oh my God NO!!!
What on Gods green earth did we do to deserve a son of Goatie?! ARGH!!!!
Tell me you got your brains from your mother? PLEASE?!!
Only joking of course.. but I know you'll have guessed that! Your dad is a pretty decent guy (and yes, he DID pay me ALOT of money to say that  ;) )
You're welcome here, I wish you didn't have to be here as a sufferer but we'll do all we can to help you out too.
We're here any time you need us okay?

Corey,
Welcome, and sorry to see you here. You do have an advantage over the rest of us, in that you know about this place without having to suffer 20+ years alone first.

There is no such thing as "too young" to have the monster in your head. You will find that Many of us started these in grade school.

Ghost is a cool guy. He talked with me a couple of times when I first found this place, and I am grateful for his support, as well as the support of all the others, including Johnny, (whom I need to pm later)

Wishing you PFNAD!!

Hi Corey,

This is the old man. 76 on Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Corey raises an interesting question. Is this/can it be, genetic? I thought the literature told us that CH's were not usually genetic. Anybody else that seems to have inheririted? I couldn't know because I've already outlived 8 of my 9 siblings while the other is killing himself with cigarettes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An interesting question because I have a son in his 40's & I think he has complained about tension headaches in the past but I never thought about any possible connection.

Next Sunday, when he calls from the "Big Easy"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I'll have to ask. He says the New Orleans area is a real mess.

Corey, for me they have diminished with age, so keep the faith.

Hi Red,
I'm a chronic ch'er with a four year old son who suffer's too. He is in his second cycle, they started just after he turned 3. It's thought there is a genetic link, there's a lot of research being done so hopefully we'll have something to report sometime soon

My younger brother has Beschett's syndrome, and clusters are part of that. So the two of us have them. My mother and my youngest brother (I am the oldest of 3) get migraines.

I was always told that HA were not something that could be inherited...

Hi, ya Lil Goat! ;)

Great to see you posting here, your dad spoke of you. I do not wish anyone CH but it is the best place to be when you have this bloody condition.

It is good to see you've got his sense of humour, that will make you handle CH a bit better.  You certainly have his support and now ours too.  Welcome to the nut house, where we all hear voices, see ghosts and goats and now spooks too ;;D
