I started my ch in my 30,s, and went into remision for a great 10 years....They are back now... and who knows what the routine will be this time! Oxygen is my best friend so far, and I try not to take any more drugs than neccesary. But I have never heard about these seeds, or shrooms that I have seen on here. Can someone enlighten me, I would nothing more than to abort the rest of this cycle!!!!!!! I am having shadows so far, and waiting for the big one to hit any day! thanks lorac :)

While you are looking into clusterbusters also look into Kudzu in the Meds and treatments page. It has been a Godsend to me.

Welcome... Use the O2 on your shadows. it helps. You might want to go to the following URL:

and drill down on the "Oxygen Information." We've developed a Supplemental O2 User's Guide you can pull down.

Take care and good luck finding a medicine man, shaman, or witchdoctor to guide you through the use of the alternative seeds and fungus.

Hi All,

I am brand new here, so please bear with me if I haven't mastered the protocols!
I've seen several references to Kudzu, and I have bought a bottle of 1000 mg capsules, but I really don't know how it's used. Is it a preventative or an abortive? How much should I take, and when?
I've been a CH since the early 90's, but had been in remission for about six years. Really thought I had beaten the beast until it came back a few days ago :-P
It looks like there's been a lot of advancements in treatment in the last few years - I've been using Red Bull as an abortive with about a 50% success rate - sure better than nothing!

I've been through a lot of doctor dope, and will likely try something else next cycle. But the best results for me come from O2 as an abortive.

Foe me, a mild caffiene buzz seems to get the through the day at work, but seems to postpone, rather than abort or prevent.

I hope your hits are light and your cycle short.
