| The reason I asked was because I haven't experienced the explosion noises. Check your PM's

Maybe I should have mentioned this: I currently have a sinus infection, and come to think of it the explosion sounds didn't start until I got it. Maybe I am just more aware of the pressure from that when I am about to get an attack. My Dr. did a CT scan about 2 weeks ago, and it showed no bleeding, no tumors, totally normal. Then things around here started blooming and my sinus had to act up. I have been on Kflex antibiotic for about 6 days, 4 more to go. I never had them before either. If they don't go away by the time I see the nuero on 17th of April I will bring it up with her. Does this make any sense to ya Sean? Kitty

| Sounds like a plan I do think its important to talk to the nuero about it even if it goes away. Cheers Sean............................

Nope, no twitches. Back in the episodic days, it was a twinge. Kinda like an electric shock in the exact same place as the ch. 9 out of 10 times it meant "here I come". Hated that damn twinge. Only had a couple of minutes to respond before the beast "announced himself with authority" Regards Jon

I get right foot twitches, too - not always, but usually as I am trying to fall asleep on a night when I'm going to wake up 2 hours later for a real treat!

I get eye twitches and odd tremors sometimes. The tremors could be in a foot, shoulder, finger, ... It happens both in and out of cycle. I've tracked it down to calcium defeciency in my case. If I add a glass of milk to my daily diet they quiet down after a week or so. So in my case I don't think they are related to clusters. -Dennis-

I get the twinges, like little electric shocks, on my upper lip and bridge of nose, left side (pain side). They come right before, or in between attacks, and they make me jump and shout "Woah!" so my wife thinks I'm nuts. I also get twiches like. Crazy during the long buildup to pain during longer attacks, or on days when I'm hit back-to-back during the shadows between hits. Its mostly my eyelid, but some upper-lip with the shocks. Also, during days when I wish I could rest, but have to work, I feel the stress build up in my neck, shoulder, back of my arm down to my pinky, and down the left side of my back through my leg. All on the CH side. It starts to feel painful like being sore after yard work, and as soon as I start to relax at the end of the day I start to tremor in all of those places, and the kip 7s and 9s hit back to back until I fall asleep from exhaustion. Pain below my neck never happened until I had a 5-day prednisone infusion - I'm not sure what it did, but it's like it opened a highway for the CH pain. To run down the left side of my body. I also hear noises in the beginning stages of nightime hits, they're loud but like fluid squirting through a constricted opening. Squirt, swoosh, crackle - then I know a kip 7 or higher is coming. I've had multiple CTs and MRIs, all clean.
