I just bought a 4 pack of AMP for my husband - does anyone find that this works as well as Rockstar or Redbull? It doesn't seem to have as much taurine and caffeine in it, but it might be enough, right?

Amp is high dollar. I use good ole coffee, strong.....extra strong.
cheaper.
Amp should do the trick good as any.

Amp, as it has been pointed out to me recently...has little if any Taurine in it. (I never used it so I was unaware of that and thought all energy drinks were created equal._ They are not. In order for the drinks to work, you need 1000mg. of Taurine.
Rock Star is my choice.

Oh well, I figured he might try it if only for the shadows - he's had them all day - and do you need to drink all 16 ounces or is one serving enough (usually 2 to a can)

I look for the smallest can with the most mg of tauren.
Stacker 2 "6 hour boost" is in a 2 oz shot. And I keep them room temp for fast guzzeling without freezing my dental work
